We use only Guittard Chocolate in our truffles. Produced in Burlingame, California this is the artisan line made by Guittard Chocolate Company. E. Guittard chocolates use only all natural ingredients, such as pure cane sugar, real vanilla beans and full cream milk in the case of milk chocolate. They are also free of any genetically modified ingredients (GMO Free). All E. Guittard chocolates are kosher certified by the Orthodox Union.
Jams and Purees
Only organic fruit products are in our truffles. Blood Orange and raspberry purees from Perfect Puree in Napa provide the smooth, intense, just picked flavor that sets these chocolates apart from any other. These products are also kosher certified.
Liqueurs including Bailey’s Irish Cream, Kahlua, Sarronno Amaretto, and Chambord accent the experience of Truffleosity. We are delighted to also feature raspberry liqueur from Alameda’s own St. George Distillery. Hangar One has created Framboise liqueur which is aromatic and boldly blends with the smooth ganache for a surprisingly complex flavor.
The heavy cream used in the ganache is free of any genetically modified ingredients (GMO Free).
